Refund policy
REFUNDS:
If for any reason you are not happy with your item and would like a refund, you must notify me immediately upon receipt, and send it back in its original condition within 7 days. You are responsible for the shipping costs, and signature confirmation must be added.
DEFECTIVE ITEM:
Although I do everything I can to ensure that your doll is in perfect condition when it leaves my hands, sometimes things can unintentionally be overlooked. If you've received an item that is flawed (whereupon stitching, etc, has come undone on limbs, etc, or something is broken), please let me know upon receipt, and send photos to cynbetweenworlds@gmail.com I will pay shipping to send it back and will work with you to fix the problem if you'd like to keep your doll.
Your packages come with insurance. So you can file a claim with the courier if any package you receive has been crushed in a way that has affected the doll. This also applies to defects due to weather. Dolls will leave here wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and waterproof "tissue", but I can't fully guarantee their safety if the box and wrapping have been torn.
